 Refund & Returns Policy

At Giftology London, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are confident that you will love our products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy.

Return Process:

14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, including tags and original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Without email verification return will not approved.
  • If your return is accepted we will send you a return label via email. You need to download & print the return label without cost.

Refund Period:

  • Once the return is approved and your return has been received and verified, you will receive a refund within 7 working days. Please remember: The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Giftology London retains the right to deny returns if a product does not fit our return policy requirements.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping cost is free for damaged & defective items.
  • Customers are responsible for non-damaged & incorrect products.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

Refund Options:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item(s) are received.
  • Please bear in mind that the refund may take some time to process and post from your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 working days have passed after we accepted your return, please call us at +44 7359 493350.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized or custom-made items not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  • We do not accept returns for gift items, sale items, and clearance items. These items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the event that an item is received damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@giftologylondon.co.uk within 48 hours for assistance. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect for assessment purposes.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@giftologylondon.co.uk for the return address.

 Restocking Fee:

Refund & Returns Policy for Shilajit, Sea Moss & Lion’s Mane Capsules

Eligibility:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • In the same condition as when received.
    • Accompanied by your order number.
  • For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please email info@giftologylondon.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified via email about the refund status.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or faulty product sent).

Non-Returnable & Exempt Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Any product returned without prior authorization.
  • Orders exceeding the 14-day return period.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@giftologylondon.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
