Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love everything you ordered from Giftology London. However, if something does not meet your expectations, we understand. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Please read on for all the return information you need.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, you must email us at info@giftologylondon.co.uk with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item(s) and original packaging
Returns will not be accepted without prior email confirmation. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping (unless the item is damaged or faulty).
- We recommend using a tracked courier service, such as Evri, which can deliver directly to our designated drop-off location and provide a photo as proof of delivery.
- Please do not use Royal Mail for returns, as they require a signature or handover to a person, and no one is available to sign at our return address.
- The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for lost or delayed returns, so please retain proof of postage and tracking.
- Unauthorised or unsolicited returns sent without prior approval will not be processed or refunded.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Fashion items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging
- Fashion items must also be free from makeup, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of wear
- Vitamins, supplements, and other consumables must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging
- Home & Living items (including kitchenware, serveware, placemats, and chopping boards) must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with no signs of use or damage
- Your order number must be included in the return request email as proof of purchase
All returns are inspected by our quality control team. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Opened or used vitamins, supplements, or consumables
- Used Home & Living items (including kitchenware, serveware, placemats, and chopping boards) that show signs of use)
- Swimwear
- Earrings and all pierced jewellery
- Gift items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damaged or faulty items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@giftologylondon.co.uk with your order number, clear photos of the item, and photos of the original packaging.
Items reported as damaged or defective must not be worn, used, opened, or altered. All returns are inspected by our quality control team, and claims made without sufficient evidence may be refused. Once verified, we will process a refund in line with our policy.
